Functieomschrijving
As a Logistics Employee Outbound (Non-EU), you ensure that international orders are processed correctly and shipped on time. You will use different computer systems, check shipping documents, and work closely with both warehouse and office colleagues.
This role requires someone who can think quickly, work accurately, and communicate effectively in English.
Your daily tasks include:
- Processing outbound Non-EU orders;
- Checking shipping and export documentation;
- Working with logistics and warehouse systems;
- Identifying and resolving order discrepancies;
- Communicating with office and warehouse teams;
- Ensuring shipments leave on time and according to procedure;
- Contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
Functie-eisen
We are looking for someone who:
- Speaks and understands English well;
- Has good computer skills;
- Can think fast and solve problems independently;
- Enjoys working with both warehouse and office teams;
- Works accurately and responsibly;
- Has logistics experience (preferred but not required);
- Is available to work from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
