At Peak Technologies, we help customers solve complex business challenges through innovative technology solutions and services. We're looking for an ambitious, customer-focused Account Manager to join our Netherlands sales team.
This is a field-based role that combines account management, relationship building and business development. You'll spend time meeting customers, understanding their objectives, identifying opportunities and helping them achieve success through our solutions.

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer challenges and objectives.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure solutions are delivered successfully.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity records.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What we're looking for:
  • Experience in account management, sales, business development or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
  • Ability to attend our Netherlands and Belgian offices as required.
  • Ideally, your experience will be in Tehcnical (Hardware, Smart Technologies), but experience from logistics or supply-chain services would also be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch. French would be an added bonus.
We'd be particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
  • Industrial automation.
  • Manufacturing.
  • Material handling.
  • Warehouse automation.
  • Logistics and supply chain.
