    About the company
    You will work with an international organisation in the consumer and retail sector, where CRM plays an important role in customer engagement, retention and commercial performance.

    You will collaborate with teams across CRM, Ecommerce, Creative, Retail, Technology and Data, as well as regional stakeholders and external agencies.

    Your role as CRM Project Manager
    As a CRM Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a defined portfolio of CRM campaigns and initiatives over a seven-month period.

    Your focus will be on planning, coordinating and delivering commercially successful customer communications during the Winter/Spring season and key promotional periods, including Members Week, Black Friday and end-of-season sales.

    You will oversee the entire campaign process, from initial planning and briefing to execution, performance analysis and final evaluation. Combining project management with commercial insight, you'll ensure campaigns reach the right customers, through the right channels, at the right time.

    What will you be doing?

  • Lead CRM campaign delivery: Develop and execute the CRM campaign calendar across email, WhatsApp, onsite messaging and in-store channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and meet commercial objectives;
  • Drive commercial performance: Prepare quarterly email revenue forecasts, monitor campaign results against targets and identify opportunities to improve revenue, engagement and customer retention;
  • Optimise customer engagement: Use customer data, segmentation and purchasing behaviour to improve targeting, personalisation and campaign effectiveness;
  • Manage projects and stakeholders: Coordinate internal teams and external agencies, develop campaign briefs, monitor deadlines and dependencies, and proactively resolve challenges;
  • Oversee budgets and reporting: Manage campaign expenditure, track agency and supplier costs, deliver performance reports and provide a structured final project evaluation and handover.
  • Who are you?
    You are a commercially driven CRM professional who combines strong project management capabilities with a thorough understanding of customer life cycle marketing. You know how to manage complex campaigns, bring different stakeholders together and translate data into practical improvements.

    You are comfortable taking ownership of projects independently and can confidently balance creative objectives, commercial targets and operational deadlines.

    What do you bring?

  • Significant experience in CRM, email or lifecycle marketing roles, preferably in project-based environments;
  • A proven track record of managing high-volume CRM campaigns, including major promotional or membership initiatives;
  • Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, personalisation, campaign optimisation and multichannel CRM communications;
  • Excellent analytical, commercial forecasting and budget management skills, alongside experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners;
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver against agreed project objectives;
  • Experience within fashion, retail or consumer brands is highly desirable.
  • What can you expect?

  • This is a seven-month assignment with responsibility for a defined portfolio of commercially important CRM projects.
  • You will have the opportunity to manage campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints, work closely with different commercial and operational teams, and contribute directly to customer engagement and revenue performance.
  • The assignment includes clear deliverables, from campaign roadmaps and commercial forecasts to performance reporting and a final project handover.
  • What you can expect from our client:

  • An international environment which respects diversity, equality, and individuality;
  • A beautiful state-of-the-art Campus;
