Job Description
- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of overall IT experience, including approximately 6 years of hands-on experience with nCino.
- Strong knowledge of nCino Bank Operating System and its core modules.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex.
- Hands-on experience with nCino administration and configuration.
- Experience integrating nCino with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and authentication protocols.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as AutoRABIT for deployment automation.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for pipelines and work tracking, including Simplify@Scale.
- Experience with Git is a plus.
- Strong understanding of banking and loan processes.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
