We’re looking for a skilled Electrical and/or Electronic Engineer to join a talented engineering team developing advanced medical technology.
In this role, you’ll tackle complex engineering challenges and deliver innovative solutions across medical systems and subsystems used in Image Guided Therapy (IGT) equipment.

Requirements
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• You bring at least 5 years of relevant engineering experience within the consumer or professional electronics industry. This position is designed for experienced professionals rather than entry-level candidates.
• You have proven R&D experience across the product lifecycle, including product design, development, and the maintenance and improvement of released products.
• You are naturally curious, analytical, and enjoy solving complex technical challenges through hands-on laboratory investigation, simulation, and conceptual thinking.
• You have experience collaborating with external vendors and suppliers to deliver effective engineering solutions.
• You are a confident communicator with strong written and verbal English skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Software Test Automation Engineer – · Design, implement and maintain automated tests for web, API and backend systems; establish robust, scalable test frameworks. · Define test automation architecture, tooling and strategy; support the transition from manual to automated testing. · Embed continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines, produce actionable quality metrics and automated reporting. · Partner with developers and QA teams on regression coverage, shift-left testing and DevSecOps practices. · Evaluate emerging tooling, including Generative AI-assisted test generation, and support performance testing. Requirements · Automation: Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured; Cucumber JVM or Behave; JUnit and TestNG. · Java: strong OpenJDK 11/17/21 expertise, including Streams, Collections and Lambda expressions. · Delivery and performance: Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Apache JMeter and test data management. · Data and application stack: Oracle and complex SQL; Angular/SCSS; Protocol Buffers, Jackson and Gson. · Security and innovation: JWT/JJWT, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Generative AI test generation and Amazon Kiro. · Testing fundamentals: QA methodologies, equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis; knowledge of grant lifecycle processes (submission through amendments). QUALIFICATIONS Either EQF Level 7 university degree with at least 10 years of professional IT experience, or EQF Level 6 degree with at least 12 years of professional IT experience.
